Looking good Dean.
When you come to plan where you intend to run your cables / conduits, behind cupboards, under floors before you seal them up etc, all I can say is whenever you think "that should be heaps"...you don't. Plan for more than you think.

Re: Sarah 41
Well done.
There's something very satisfying about finally being able to stand on the bridgedeck. Gives you an entirely different perspective on the project have taken on.

Nearly there...just doing the last of the electrical work. After that it's just locker, cupboard, cabin doors and soft furnishings. Up until the Covid rerstrictions came in I was planning on only doing the cockpit lockers with the rest being done on the water or when I get down Brisbane way where I ...

Re: Sarah 41
Hi Dean In my honest opinion I wouldn't bother with that idea. Bridegedeck slap usually only happens when you're under way and the wash under the bridgedeck is coming every which way not just from the sea passing through the tunnel but also the reflection of those waves hitting the inside of the two...

I know it looks like a palace but..... this was last winter As we say in Australia - "Yeah....Nah" That looks way too cold for this black duck. This past winter I think I brought out a jumper to wear for about a week for an hour or so each day just to ward off that early morning "chi...

Re: Piston Broke
Ah...another Big Wave Rider boom.
I'm looking forward to taking mine out of "storage" and putting it to use. Sooner than later I hope.
The boat's looking fantastic.

Re: Sarah 41
Damn...that's one fine "barn". Beats the temporary shelter (aka the hot house) I've been working in. Enjoy the clean floors while you can. By the time you finish dripping epoxy, bog, paint etc etc on it, you won't recognise it from these photos. Have fun and I hope you manage to get back i...

Re: Piston Broke
Huge congratulations....looks amazing.
Would have been a huge sigh of relief once your baby was released from those slings and was finally sitting in her element.
2 thumbs up....
