Hi Beav, I took my bridge deck sheets to a kitchen manufacturer, he had a large vacuum table with a cnc router, that way they were all the same depth and width. I just gave him a sketch with the dimensions. I think he charged me about $150.00 for the lot.

Hi Beav, the more time you spend fairing the frames and stringers will give you a fairer hull which means less bogging and sanding later, I used an electric plane and a sander for the lesser of the fairing. Just put a 1 mtr steel rule perpendicular to the frame you can then see how much material nee...

great paint job :!: you will surprised at the amount of dust you that appears on your boat when you are on the water :!: :!: especially in the cockpit area. And also bird crap :evil: Keep going you will get there.

Hi John, I used 2 door stops from bunnings, stainless steel with round rubber knobs. Sorry don`t have a picture.

Lovely looking build :!: at least the tide was in when you launched, all we could see was mud, rocks and oysters until the 88T crane slowly eased us out into deeper water :D
