Hi Dean, Just trying to remember what we did ... A lot of the stringers end up being filleted by default, during the fit-out, as the structural shelves and benches are installed. Hey: just checked in, looks like you are going great! I still can't quite believe how much faster our second hull took to assemble. Looking back the time difference seems improbable, but it just was. Keep up the good work. You'll be thinking about the bridgedeck soon!

Hi Jig! Im in the middle of my steps. As I say in our blog, there is a heck of a lot happening at the stern steps. Provision has to be made for steering, back-stays, ventilation and inspection for the voids, steering access hatches with waterproof combings, water run off "fall", cleats, swim ladder ...

Just finished building this for about $3000, using 75mm nominal bore medium gauge pipe, excluding the pipe-bender that I had to purchase, but you may be able to hire one. 8.5M x 13M. Need a crane, forklift or a few strong blokes as the frames are quite heavy, and the hight is around 4.5M. IMG_1722.j...
