Door locks, bolts, latches

Went to Docklands Boat and Lifestyle show today and had a bit of a look at the Seawind door. They didn't close it though, but could mostly see how it worked. 3 panels on piano hinges, so they fold to the middle and then the middle one is hinged at the top so that it folds up to the roof. Next time I...

Jim do you have an external antenna up the mast? I was thinking about if you can get amplifiers for the them like you used to ...

I was reading that some people put in a return loop on the hot water, that way you can run it back into the tanks until it get's hot. Not sure of the details, but seemed like a good idea for the cost of some extra hose and fittings. Puremajek, Does this look like the place you got them? No Whale on ...

Actually I think Amazon are talking about the ability to lend books you buy to a friend, I think it allows them to read it for a couple weeks, during which time you cannot read it. It then automatically comes back to you. Sure I read it somewhere over the last couple months. I may email a couple oth...

Just thought I would let others know about a couple of US magazines that you can subscribe to online for a fraction of the cost of print subcription, or buying them imported at the newsagent. I think they were around $20 for a years subscription. Blue Water Sailing Cruising World Both are available ...
