Good idea based on what I paid for petrol this week. Assume you would need to beef up support across the front beam of the bridgedeck? Is your beam comparable to a sailing cat of the same size, I would assume a motorised design would be a little narrower. Keep up the good work and posting progress, ...

Hey Mick,
Was one of those shots the Jefa Rudder bearings you were talking about. If you have time can you detail what you did, I cruise their site every now and then but hard to see which bits to use. I assume you did your own stock.

Groper, Couple of options with the pics, as everyone has multi-mega pixel cameras these days and most images are much bigger than the forum layout allows. I am forcing the pics to stay within the design, which stops threads that suddenly go wide and beyond peoples screen width. It used to scroll the...

Also puzzling, a pipe into a sealed compartment is going to create a vacuum, unless it is holed and then your pump would just suck water into the hole. Unlike a normal bilge where air pressure balances so you only pump water that leaks in. I would think a balance of sealed and accessible is needed. ...
