Re: MV catapult
The interior is coming together... Just test fitting things to make sure everything is going to practically work for location and fitment etc... I also had another win with the electronics package, which i managed to find a good deal on. The stuff has never been used, still brand new in boxes, less ...

Ok all good - thanks for your input - ill go with the milled glass fiber and epoxy edges... On another note - got the engines fitted and rigged with the help of a mate and his mini excavator, also applied the first few patches of non-skid deck paint too! productive weekend :) http://i439.photobucket...

Re: MV catapult
wow - sounds like a bit of overkill there... on all of the duflex kit and sandwich boats built these days the normal practice you see is to decore about 10mm around the opening for windows/hatches/whatever large hole etc and then push in the rolled up uni. if its major structural, like a doorway in ...

I have a question for anyone building a sandwich boat... im going to start fitting some large hatches soon - 600x600mm into the deck and roof of the saloon and was wondering if the other builders out there decored and backfilled the perimeter of the opening with rolled up uni glass tape? seems to me...
