Looks awesome, and huge. I remember painting my boat, I had a lot of trouble seeing the "wet area", just too much white. I had low mounted lights, high mounted, lights everywhere at different times. Any other colour I am OK with, but I really struggle with white.

I think two boats on here so far used Mirror Image for fairing and painting, looking that the finish seemed like a worthwhile cost. But then in saying that looking at your photos I don't think anyone other than yourself is going to find fault. Like they say we are our own worst enemy.

Thanks for the encouragement. These finishing faults will only really disappoint me while the memory of all the prior prep and expense is fresh... I've already let go of earlier short comings without even launched yet. Faded memories when I get a taste of ocean!
Always looking to learn and do better though.
Exciting but challenging time for me.

Thanks terryk,

definitely still at it. Applying the last of the non skid, which you could make a career from if you could master it. Then antifoul and bung a few fittings on.

Thank you Beav.
Hasn't obviously gone as planned but going in the water soon. Weeks. I'm at that point I feel the urge to hold back photos for some sort of surprise reveal...silly?
Regards, Matt.
