I am so slow, sitting here going Piston Broke, odd name for a sailing boat, maybe a ski boat... I suspect I will also be Piston Broke, but without a witty boat name.

Pics and updates always appreciated.

Hi Piston Broke,
Welcome to the forum and keep the pics up as we all need some more inspiration from time to time :!: You don`t need a power boat to be pissed and broke  just add 50% to your build estimate
Cheers and happy building

Dazza, in order for tinypics to work, you need the original pic to be no more than 600x800. Otherwise DIY crops it. There are other pic hosting sites such as photobucket.

I have found Photobucket to be fairly straightforward and stable.

Hi Dazza, What are you strip planking with, is it ceder or duracore? And the bulkheads look like ply or are they just temps?

Hi Paul,
It is cedar with concave convex profile, used purboond glue and the bulkheads are permanent. The remainder of the hulls will be 9mm ply.
