Parmesan chips
1 x packet of finely grated parmesan
1 x hot cooktop
1 x thin base Teflon non-stick frypan
Get the pan hot, sprinkle thinly on the base (do not use oil) and allow to melt, bubble and start to brown. Slide off the sticky flat base onto a cold surface. Allow to cool (it hardens and goes slightly crispy), then crack/break into bite size pieces.
Great for dips and nibbles with the odd ale.
