Just a question, What cooktops have you all fitted, 2 burner, 3 burner or 4. Marine or domestic. Was thinking of a two burner, but can get a domestic 4 burner with the flame failure features for similar coin, are more burners better (maybe for resale),thinking 2 burners maybe a bit short.

I have a 3 burner Smev but if I had to do it again I would go with a 2 burner. Most marine stovetops are so small you can't really fit 3 items on when one is a frypan. My smallest burner wouldn't have had 2 hours work in 6 years.

3 burner, we have a 4. One of them is never used. Less cleaning, one less ignition issue.

I have a 3 too and that always seems enough for me.

I have a 3 burner with oven and grill, a bbq, a cobb cooker and a butane wok type thing but I am still in the back yard under a tarp. I guess I have it covered. Apart from one of those thermal cookers and a microwave!!

What Terry, no Convection oven?.
Thanks for the reply guys, I have gone for the 4 burner everdure domestic cooktop. $200 from Tender disposals, big wok burner and flame out guards. The Sarah has huge bench space and swallows up the larger cooktop with ease.
